Directions:

Use only 1/6 a teaspoon each time you use them. .You can use your own lotion, soft soap, facial creams or just water. Put the 1/6 teaspoon of crystals in the palm of your hand and add which ever ingredient you wish, (just a small amount) Tap on your face on forehead, nose, chin, cheeks, and begin washing your face. If it gets to dry add a little water. Rinse Clean and pat dry. Use a good Moisturizer afterwards with minerals and vitamins.
