TERMS OF SALE
DELIVERIES
- We require approximately 3 to 5 days after payment is received to
process most orders.
- Orders over $1500 allow 7 to 10 Business Days after payment has
cleared to process.
- Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air will speed up the time in transit - not our
processing time.
PAYMENT
- Payment is due at the time of the order. No order will be shipped
until the order, Shipping and Handling Charges are paid in Full.
- We except Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Personal & Business Checks and
PayPal Payments thru PayPal.
- If you would like to pay by Cash, Certified Check, or Money order,
or Bank Transfer, contact us.

whenever possible to avoid mistakes in your order. Orders ordered
online are processed quicker, for we do not have to take time to invoice and
then wait to receive payment.. There is a $3.00 call in order fee that will
be add to call in orders. Of course, if you have a problem ordering
online, we are glad to except Faxed, or E-mail Orders with no
additional fee.
DISCREPANCIES
- Discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. (No
exceptions)
DAMAGED ITEMS
- We do not accept responsibility for damaged items or items lost in
shipment.
- Let us know immediately within 48 hour after receiving the
shipment.
- If you items are damaged or lost, Please call your local U. S. P.S. or
DHL , UPS Fed Ex office for a damage inspection.
- Be sure to leave the Damaged Goods in the ORIGINAL SHIPPING CARTON.
CANCELLED ORDERS
- Once an order is received and processed you may not cancel the order. No
Refunds!
RETURNS
- Please order carefully!
- We can NOT accept any returns or exchanges on Cosmetics or
Cosmetic Supplies.
- If you are unsure about an item please order a sample.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges - actual shipping charge PLUS Insurance.
- Shipping Charges varies depending on the item, item's weight, and
delivery address.
- Therefore, it is impossible to give an exact total before order is
placed.
- You will be invoiced by e-mailed when your order is packed and ready to
shipped any additional shipping and handling charges or insurance cost.
No order will be shipped until the order, Shipping and Handling Charges are
paid in Full.
Handling Charges
- These are charges per box are to help us recover the
expense in shipping, such as boxes,
shipping peanuts, wrap, taping, labels and other shipping supplies and labor. We
try to keep our cost of shipping down to provide you with low cost, fast
shipping, and safe transport of your goods.
- Small Priority Boxes. $2.50
- Small to Medium Boxes $5.00
- Medium Box $8.00
- Large Box $10.00
SHIPMENT REFUSALS
- Once you place an order, you are responsible for accepting delivery.
- There is no refunds.
- If an order is returned because there was no one there to accept it ,
double freight charges will be imposed.
SAMPLES:
- Our sample policy is the same for ALL. NO FREE SAMPLES.
So please don't ask. We are a small company and in order to keep our prices
low we can not afford to send out Free Samples. We thank you for your
understanding in this matter.
ADDING TO ORDERS:
- We are glad to add items to your order at any time unless
the Original Invoice is already PROCESSED. In this case your add on
items will be treated as a new order and shipping and handling charges will
apply.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Your shipping and Handling Cost will be
more than listed on the check out. We will notify you by e-mail the total
charge and send a Money Request thru PayPal for the balance.

PRIVATE LABEL SALES
- Customer Warrants that he/she will comply with all labeling requirements
of State and Federal Laws pertaining to food, drugs and cosmetics.
- Private Label means "We DO NOT put a Company Label on the product."
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if our terms and conditions are
not met.
